Opinion
Whether it is work or everyday life. Why does it seem that employers are more interested in their bottom line than the working conditions of their employees? More interested in firing their staff to enable the easy-working of their financial model. Many global companies look after their staff with pleasant working environments to help them achieve of their best for the company. Surely the really bad employer will eventually reap what they sow - bad company ethics and un-motivated staff = morally bankrupt company. There is still a place for excellent company relations and well rewarded staff.
Do we not think that the PC generation has gone too far? We can safely agree that where race or other type of discrimination has occurred we would be horrified. But, as has happened recently, the banning of a traditional pancake race because of health and safety fears, is really taking it a bit too far. It really is a mad, mad, world!
